Description
It's a marsh. Not a marshmellow. This was from Pitt Street Bridge right before Hurricane Florence was rolling in. As an afterthought I thought this name would be nice to describe the scene as I remember feeling weird for even sticking around Charleston for a second, knowing the city was having mandatory evacuation. Also in terms of a storm this wasn't supposed to be the "mellow kind."
