Fishing as a kid meant family time, adventure, new places, getting your hands dirty, and realizing how patient your dad is as he untangled our lines 3000 times. At the time I definitely was trying to catching the biggest fish ever, but looking back it’s really the experience and the company that meant something. Now with “fishing” in my adult life, hopeful to hook real love baby, this word has a whole new meaning. Though they say you always find them when you’re not looking ;)

This kind of fishing means exploration, vulnerability, emotional highs and lows like no other. The most intimate expressions within art. Wonder. Desire. Learning about thyself. I really think both kinds of fishing teach us the most valuable lessons we can learn in life and love:
* Just because you can’t see him right now doesn’t mean he’s not out there 🐠
* If he takes your bait real quick and leaves, he’s liable to do the same thing again 😂
